Mark Bellinger is an American Peace Corps volunteer who joined us in early 2004. He arrived with excellent experience in vertical rope techniques, by way of his background in rock-climbing, and has quickly become an excellent caver.
Since joining us, Mark has made a first descent into Bertie's Sinkhole, a 70 metre deep shaft in St Ann, supplied valuable support on the Hutchinson's Hole work, and has assisted in the surveys of Roehampton School Cave in St James, and the Lower Streamway of Windsor Great Cave.
Mark's main contributions to the Organization are in rigging, vertical caving, and sheer tenacity.
Mark can be contacted via this website.
